Central Baptist Church is an independent Baptist church family that has served the Denton community since 1931.
Our mission is to provide a place for people to worship the Lord in spirit and in truth, while taking the message of God's love and salvation to our local community and the world beyond. The unpredictable world that we live in leaves us exhausted, alarmed, empty, and unsatisfied. In the midst of our ever-changing society, people are looking for something that can bring peace and stability to their life. At Central Baptist Church, we preach and teach the Word of God, believing that the Bible holds the answers to the problems and pitfalls of life. There is only one solution to their problem, Jesus Christ. He, and He alone, is able to meet all our needs!
In addition to providing an environment for worship, CBC realizes the importance of receiving encouragement from our relationships with others. We encourage people to buildthese relationships through group Bible Study, our worship services, and church activities and ministries. Our desire is to see men, women, and children grow in their faith so that they may discover and embrace God's purpose for their lives.
